Delivery Policy

1. Electronic delivery only

QXAI sells prepaid credits used to run AI audits inside the web application. There is no physical product, no shipment and no delivery address. Nothing will ever be couriered to you.

2. When credits arrive

Credits are added to your workspace balance immediately after payment is confirmed — typically within seconds. You can start running audits straight away, and your updated balance is visible on the billing page.

If a payment succeeds but your balance has not updated within 30 minutes, contact us with the payment reference and we will resolve it. Payments that are captured without credits being delivered are refunded in full under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

3. Access to the service

Access is delivered through your account at the QXAI web application. You need an internet connection and a current browser. Account access begins as soon as you register and verify your email; it does not depend on a purchase.

4. Geography

Because delivery is electronic, the service is available wherever you can reach the application. Customers in India are charged in Indian Rupees; customers elsewhere are charged in US Dollars.
