Before you buy
- How much does one audit cost?
- At least one credit. Credits meter the AI work behind an audit, so a short call against a lean scorecard costs the minimum, while a long call graded against many parameters costs more. Your balance and every deduction are itemised in the app.
- Am I charged if an audit fails?
- No. Credits are deducted only once an audit has completed and been saved. A run that fails costs you nothing.
- Do credits expire?
- No. They stay in your balance until you spend them.
- What happens at zero?
- Audits stop instead of overdrawing your account — a prepaid balance cannot go negative, so you can never owe us money. You get a low-balance warning well before you get there.
- Do I need a subscription?
- No. Packs are one-off purchases with no auto-renewal and no mandate on your card. Buy another when you need it.
- Does it cost more to add my team?
