A scorecard turns "was that a good call?" into a set of answerable questions: did the agent take consent, did they verify identity, did they acknowledge the problem before solving it. Each question carries a weight, so the score reflects what the business actually cares about.
Most scorecards also grade severity. A missed pleasantry costs a few points; a missed regulatory disclosure can void the call entirely.
Scorecards are yours to define, parameter groups, sub-parameters, weights, and a Fatal / Non-Fatal / ZTP type on each. There are built-in templates to start from if you would rather not begin with a blank page.
