ZTP (zero tolerance policy)

A category of failure with no acceptable threshold at all, usually regulatory or safety-related.

Where a fatal error is severe, a ZTP breach is absolute. Recording disclosures, mini-Miranda statements on collections calls, consent before processing payment details: there is no partial credit for almost saying them.

ZTP parameters are usually few, deliberately. A scorecard where everything is zero tolerance is a scorecard nobody can pass, and it gets quietly ignored.

In QXAI

ZTP is one of the three parameter types you can assign, alongside Fatal and Non-Fatal.
